Medical Mysteries Books

I probably have a rather special book recommendation request. Can you recommend me good novels (no non-fiction), suffering in which one or more pieces from mental disorders? Very interesting, I found the medical mysteries books by Torey Hayden, who has written himself through their work experience on the subject as well. I hope you have some ideas for me. We had almost the same question a month ago schonmal . . and there was a whole plethora of answers :-) Maybe for you, too have one or the other suggestion here.
